 White Sambuca
Created due to popular request...
White Sambuca (Sambuca is the Latin name for the elderflower bush) is a traditional Italian aniseed-based liqueur, mostly drunk at around 40% alc. and enjoyed as a digestif. Often it is drunk alongside a cup of coffee with roast coffee beans floating in it. (There has to be an odd number – as even numbers are unlucky.)
The Italians refer to this coffee bean addition as “Con al mosca” which translates into NZ English as “with blowies.”

 Citron Vert Lime Liqueur
Recent addition to our fabulous Premium Liqueur range, this zesty Lime Liqueur is delicious on its own, or makes a wonderful accompaniment to a Southern Star Vodka and Tonic, or Blenheim Bay Gin and Tonic. Released September 2008.
In April 2009 Citron Vert won a medal at the Women and Spirits of the World Competition (Monaco).

 Orange Chocolate Liqueur
Tangy New Zealand oranges mixed with creamy milk chocolate with a hint of brandy. This Jaffa combination is silky luxury as a before or after dinner treat, and a real hit on desserts. Likened by some to the traditional Israel drink 'Sabra', it tastes like those fabulous Terrys Chocolate Orange chocolates - the ones in the shape of an orange with the segmented pieces - yum!

 Marlbrouk Grape Liqueur
The Marlbrouk Liqueur (Malbrook is the French name for Marlborough) is somewhat akin to a port, a beautifully silky Sauvignon Blanc wine aged in oak and fortified with French Brandy.
