These delicious Extra Virgin Olive Oils are very local... the olives are grown, then picked, pressed and bottled at River Estate in Whitford, across the estuary from Prenzel of Whitford. We are very proud to bring such high quality Olive Oils that have barely travelled at all.
Use them as a dipping oil with River Estate Dukkah or drizzle over salads and vegetables.

Designed and created by Barry Wade from River Estate.
Barry originally created this Dukkah for his own tasting room, and started selling it only after many requests from customers.
This Dukkah includes: Almonds, pistachio nuts, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, sesame seeds, pepper and salt.
Size: 60g net weight, in plastic jar.
Uses: Serve in a small dish alongside olive oil - dip bread into olive oil, then dip into Dukkah - delicious! Also great sprinkled through salads.

Made by Castle Rock Winery in the Coromandel, this sweet/sour vinegar which has many tongue tingling uses, - in vinaigrettes, as a topping, as a refreshing drink. Fabulous simply splashed over salad on its own or with olive oil. Try it with fruit salad, or use it as a base for home made vinaigrettes. It is particularly delicious with Prenzel Lime Infused Rice Bran Oil
