Late Nights
Prenzel Botany is currently open from 9am-10pm until
December 23rd. On Christmas Eve we are open 9am-6pm.
Pop in and see us to try festive liqueurs and goodies
on our tasting table.

Limited Edition Liqueurs
Most of our current Limited Edition range of liqueurs
are very nearly sold out. It feels like we are farewelling
old friends, our Pear William and Black Cherry are now
sold out, and we only have a few bottles left of Peppermint
Ice and Raspberry & Brandy Liqueur.
THE GOOD NEWS! We are expecting delivery any
day of brand new Limited Edition Liqueurs - Oak Aged
Apricot which is made using Prenzel Apricot Fruit Brandy,
and Chocolate Cherry which has the same flavours as
the Dark Chocolate with the additional flavour of premium
Marlborough cherries soaked in brandy. Too yummy!
Using Rice Bran Oil instead of butter
in baking
Did you know that you can substitute butter in most
baking recipes for much healthier Rice Bran Oil? Not
only is it healthier, but with our Prenzel
Infused Rice Bran Oils you can add any flavour you
fancy. E.G: To retain the butter flavour but not the
guilt use our fabulous Butter flavoured Rice bran oil.
Perfect for those trying to reduce their cholesterol
and for those intolerant of dairy.
For lemon loaves, muffins and cakes try Lemon infused
rice bran oil, and for any savoury baking or breads
use any other oil from the range - including garlic,
rosemary, tuscan, chilli.
To substitute: 200g of butter is equivalent to 1 cup
of oil.

Prenzel stores, and also online.
$10 and $20 gift vouchers are available, to enable you
to make your gift up to any amount.
