When we look back over the last twelve months one wonders where the time went but what we do know is that a wonderful year went by.
We are already into February and Easter is on its way at a rate of knots.

But first things first - Happy New Year to you - Team Whitford wish you Health and Happiness for 2008 and we are looking forward to seeing you again throughout the year so that we can introduce you to and share our new products with you.

Firstly we must say a BIG Thank You to those who bought gifts and product from us over Christmas. We met lots of new customers and, best of all, we saw many, many regular friends too. We loved the weekly, and in some cases, daily visits from a quite a number of you.
To the companies who chose their client and staff gifts from us in 2007 we say a big thank you. We enjoyed creating special arrangements that suited your team and your clients.

We were thrilled that so many of you were able to enjoy a gift from us by using your loyalty points and, you know, it's really nice for us to be able to say 'Thank You' for shopping with us. Read on to find out how you can double your loyalty points during Mad March...

Already January has flown and it's great that we are blessed with such wonderful summer weather that encourages us to visit the beaches and find nice pleases to dine or just relax on the deck with a cool drink - preferably shared with the family.

Recipe of the Month
Rosemary Potatoes & Fish draped in a Tomato Jacket

Serves-3 - 4 Persons

Ingredients:

• 2 medium sized Potatoes sliced into rings about 3-5mm thick
  
• 1 Onion -1/2 sliced & 1/2 Chopped (keep the two lots separate)
  
• Fish enough for 3-4 persons - Your favourite White Fish seasoned with a little pepper (I prefer Monk Fish)
  
• 1 x 400g tin Crushed Tomatoes
  
• 1 Sprig of Rosemary (Optional)
  
• Small handful of Chopped Parsley (Optional for seasoning - we love it so I used a liberal amount)
  
• Seasoning
• 2 Tblsp PRENZEL RED VINCON COOKING WINE or wine
  
• PRENZEL ROSEMARY OIL (RICE BRAN OR OLIVE OIL)
• 1 Oven Proof Dish - definitely needed
  

Method:

1. Heat Rosemary Oil in a pan and sauté potatoes (cook on both sides) and onion slices being careful to remove onion before it browns.
2. Transfer this to oven proof dish when ready. Cover and place in oven to keep warm.
3. To the same pan, add a little more Rosemary Oil and cook fish for a few minutes on both sides.
4. Place your cooked fish on top of the sautéed potato and onion.
   
5. Season and sprinkle with chopped parsley and add your sprig of fresh Rosemary (optional). Cover and place in oven to keep warm.
6. To the same pan, add a little more Rosemary Oil if required and sauté the chopped onion.
7. Add the can of chopped tomatoes and Vincon, cook together and season to taste - this takes about 5 minutes.
8. Pour tomato mixture over fish and potatoes and top with Parmesan Cheese.
   
9. Place in the oven for enough time to melt the cheese, wash up and cook your "Greens".

Prenzel Pantry

As many of you know, Prenzel have branch of in-home tasting agents who will come along to your place and provide tastings of a variety of Prenzel products.

You simply need to gather about 10 friends to share the evening. The agent will then provide samples for tasting.

Orders are taken, and depending on sales, you - the host will receive a gift of free products. It's a great excuse to have a get together with your friends.
