the time to enjoy summer dining, so, why
not arrange a BBQ or dinner with friends?

out goes Summer Wine for $19.50 (while stocks

of punch.

Hello [name],
"Adding flavour to life" is what Prenzel are
very good at. As summer starts to wane we find ourselves
looking forward to the promise of a Summer Harvest of
foods that are exciting and oh' so flavoursome.
Right now is a lovely time of year when we can celebrate
and appreciate the rich warm colours of the late summer
and the promise of good foods that provide for the winter
months when we are nesting in our homes, when the rain
beats down and the winds begin to blow - are you feeling
warm and cosy yet?
From chats we have had with customers
recently, we are finding that more and more people are
starting to grow produce in their own gardens and really,
what could be better?
At Prenzel we offer tasty and nutritious recipes that
are seasonal and easy. Veges in season right now include
Avocado, Beetroot, Broccoli, Cabbage, Courgette and
Aubergine (Eggplant).
Try something new!
Featured in one of our recipes this month is the Aubergine
- a delicious, vegetable that is plentiful right now.
Together with tomatoes they are perfect partners in
many dishes such as Ratatouille and our featured Eggplant
and Mozzarella Bake. This dish has been laced with
the intense flavours of Prenzel
Tuscan Infused Rice Bran Oil, Tuscan
Infused Salt, and our ever popular Red
Wine Cooking Concentrate 'Vincon'.

Out and About with Prenzel
It was great to many of our regulars who stopped in
to say hello and those who experienced Prenzel for the
first time, at the Clevedon Jazz & Wine Festival
and the Kaiaua Food & Wine Festival - both held
in February.
Congratulations to Pippa Chard from Drury who
won our prize draw at the Clevedon event, and Kevin
Wolfe from Tuakau who won at the Kaiaua Festival
- just for coming to meet us and joining our email list!
Both winners received a gift pack with three mini Prenzel
Cream
Liqueurs. We do hope you enjoy them!
Visit our website for drink
ideas using our Cream Liqueur range, and also in
