If your order exceeds the weight listed above,
you will be charged an extra courier fee. This
will be discussed with you prior to finalising
your order.
Door to Door Delivery & Pick ups
We can deliver large corporate orders personally
Auckland wide (subject to conditions). We welcome
pickups from our tasting room in Whitford
village. If you require hand delivery, or
would prefer to pick up your order, please select
the pickup option in the shipping section of the
purchase process.

By completing an order on this website you are
agreeing to our Terms & Conditions.
Ordering Times
All orders made before 11am will be dispatched
on the same day. Any orders received after this
time will be dispatched the following day. You
can also, order a gift with a future delivery
date. Please include this information when you
process your order online.
Prenzel of Whitford deliver nationwide (within
New Zealand)
If no one is present at the delivery address provided,
a card will be left in the letterbox from the
courier company, informing them to phone and organise
a suitable time for delivery. Our trading hours
are 10am to 5 pm. Delivery can only be arranged
Monday to Friday, therefore orders made after
11am on Friday will not leave our premises before
first pick up on Monday morning.
Delivery Instructions
All gifts include a greeting card carrying your
personal message. Please remember to include you
personal message when going through our checkout.
We will not deliver to a PO box or any address
we deem suspicious. We are not responsible for
loss or damage to goods that are delivered to
an incorrect address.
Ordering more than one item?
Please note that the delivery rates shown on our
website are for an order to be delivered to a
single destination (delivery address) under the
maximum weight listed above. If you are ordering
multiple items to multiple destinations then there
will be a shipping fee per delivery address. To
proceed with your order now please select the
'No Shipping' option. We will contact you to confirm
total shipping fee promptly, and to confirm details
of multiple delivery addresses.
Cancellations
Once a package from ‘Prenzel of Whitford’
has been dispatched from our premises we are unable
to recall it and cancellation is not permissible.
However, if the package has not left our premises
we will cancel the order less any costs we have
incurred. (i.e. credit card fees.)
