Steamed Green Cabbage with Bacon |

INGREDIENTS
METHOD Fry bacon bits until crispy and place to one side to keep warm. Slice cabbage thinly. Bring to the boil a small amount of water in a
saucepan (about 2cm in the pan). Add cabbage and cook with lid on for two minutes then stir & turn the cabbage over in the water. Replace the lid and cook for 2 or 3 more minutes. Strain off excess water. Put in large dish or transfer back into saucepan. Stir in bacon bits and Smoked Garlic Vinegar Sauce. Serve hot. |
