Feta
& Spinach Pies
INGREDIENTS
- 3 sheets filo pastry
- 2 Tbsp Prenzel
Butter Sunflower Oil
- 200g feta cheese, crumbled
- 75g spinach leaves, finely chopped
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup cream
- Freshly ground black pepper and grated nutmeg
to taste
METHOD
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Cut each sheet of filo in half crosswise, then
cut each half into quarters about 12cm x 12cm
square.
Spray or brush each piece with the butter oil,
then pile four squares one on top of the other.
Line a medium-sized 6-hole muffin tray with the
filo.
Combine other ingredients and spoon into the
filo cases.
Bake for about 20 minutes or until the filling
is set and the pastry golden.
