Toast with Creamy Mushrooms
For
a romantic breakfast in bed, or tasty brunch

INGREDIENTS
METHOD
Lightly beat eggs and milk together and add a
little salt and pepper.
Heat Butter Flavoured Rice Bran Oil in frypan.
Dip bread slices into egg mixture and fry in pan
until golden brown.
Keep French Toast warm and slice mushrooms.
Add a little more Butter oil to pan and sauté
mushrooms. When they are softened add cream and
Smoked Garlic Vinegar Sauce. Cook lightly for
a few moments, liquid will reduce.
Remove from heat, arrange toast onto plates and
place creamy mushrooms on top.
Variations: Add thinly sliced onions when
cooking mushrooms.
Note creamy mushrooms also go well on steak.
