Orange Cheesecake
INGREDIENTS
- Sweet short pastry for base
- 500g cream cheese
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 Tbsp grated orange rind
- Juice of 2 oranges
- 1½ Tbsp flour
- 2 Tbsp Prenzel Grand Orange Concentrate
(available in store)
- 225g castor sugar
- 2 eggs
METHOD
Preheat oven to 160°C fan, or 180°C normal.
Place all the ingredients (except pastry) into
a food processor and mix well.
Line a 27cm baking dish lined with sweet pastry,
and pour filling in.
Bake (at the bottom of the oven) for 40 minutes.
Turn off oven and leave cheesecake in the oven
to cool.
