Forest Ice-cream Cake
An excellent and easy dessert to have in the
freezer for an emergency
Very quick, very tasty. Serve straight from freezer
or allow to soften for 30 minutes. Serve a Black
Forest shot with this dessert, recipe below.
INGREDIENTS
METHOD
Drain cherries - reserving the juice. Mix juice
with 15ml Prenzel Crème De Cassis Liqueur.
Chop cherries in half.
Layer half of the sponge, half of the cherries
and half of the juice. Top with half of the vanilla
ice cream, and drizzle with Prenzel Chocolate
Cream.
Repeat with a second layer of sponge, cherries,
juice and ice-cream.
Finish with generous lashings of Prenzel Chocolate
Cream.
Place in freezer until ready to use.
Black Forest Liqueur
Half fill a shot glass with Prenzel Chocolate
Cream Liqueur. Top up with Prenzel Crème
de Cassis Liqueur.
