Blueberry Cassis Frozen Yoghurt
Simple to make, and delicious! Serve alone or
alongside cake. You do need an ice-cream maker for
this dessert.
INGREDIENTS
METHOD
In a medium bowl mix the sugar into the yoghurt
until it dissolves; then mix in the liqueur.
Transfer the mixture to an ice cream maker and
freeze it following manufacturer's instructions.
