Puddings with Mocha Sauce
INGREDIENTS
METHOD
Sift flour, cocoa, baking powder and caster sugar
into a bowl.
In another bowl beat egg, then stir in milk,
vanilla essence and butter oil. Pour into flour
mixture.
Add chocolate chips and stir until just combined.
Place 1/2 cup of mixture into 4 microwave safe
moulds e.g. straight-sided coffee mugs.
Microwave uncovered on medium for 4-6 minutes.
Cover with paper towel and stand for 3 minutes.
Turn out and serve immediately.
Smother in Mocha Choca Tipsy Topping and put
a dollop of whipped cream on the side.
