Prenzel

ingredients, and combine well with other products
in the Prenzel range. Peach Schnapps is a must-have
cocktail party drink. Prenzel Crème de
Cassis Premium Liqueur is a fabulously fruit cocktail
ingredient too and gives a wonderful colour.

Citron Gin
In a very tall glass, mix a shot of Prenzel
Blenheim Bay Gin and a shot of Prenzel
Citron Ice Liqueur. Top up with crushed ice
and tonic.
Gin Fizz
Mix 45ml Prenzel
Blenheim Bay Gin with 15ml Prenzel
Citron Ice Liqueur in a tall glass, pour over
ice and top up with champagne.
Golden Dawn
Mix 60ml Prenzel
Blenheim Bay Gin with 30ml Orange Juice and
30ml Prenzel
Peach Schnapps in a cocktail shaker. Shake
with ice and serve in a tall glass.
Brain Teaser
½ fill a shot glass with Prenzel
Peach Schnapps, layer with Prenzel
Blenheim Bay Gin and then drop in a shot of
Prenzel
Butterscotch Cream.
Paradise
Place a shot of Prenzel
Citron Ice Liqueur, Prenzel
Peach Schnapps and Prenzel
Blenheim Bay Gin in a cocktail shaker with
crushed ice. Shake well and pour.
Bee Have
Put the following into a cocktail shaker with
crushed ice: 60ml Prenzel
New Zealand Honey Liqueur, 30ml Prenzel
Sour Apple Schnapps, 60ml Prenzel
Southern Star Vodka, 90ml Apple Juice. Add
soda for a longer drink. Serve in a martini glass
over ice or a cocktail flute.
Black Forest
2/3 fill a shot glass with Prenzel
Chocolate Cream, Top up with Prenzel
Crème de Cassis Premium Liqueur.
Abbie Dabbie
Mix together: 60ml Prenzel
Melon Schnapps, 30ml Prenzel
Southern Star Vodka and 125ml apple juice.
Add ice and serve in a long glass.
Alien Nipple
Layer 15ml Prenzel
Butterscotch Schnapps, 10ml Prenzel
Butterscotch Cream and 5ml Prenzel
Melon Schnapps in a shot glass.
Apple and Blackcurrant
Pour a shot of Prenzel
Crème de Cassis Premium Liqueur into
a glass and top with apple juice.
Apple G & T
Pour into tall glass: 30ml Prenzel
Blenheim Bay Gin, and 30ml Prenzel
Sour Apple Schnapps. Top up with lots of crushed
ice and tonic.
Bermuda Rose
Put the following into a cocktail shaker with
ice: 2 parts Prenzel
Blenheim Bay Gin, 1 part Prenzel
Peach Schnapps, 1 part Prenzel
Crème de Cassis Premium Liqueur.
Cassis Jelly Shot
Make up a blackcurrant jelly using 100ml water
and 100ml Prenzel
Crème de Cassis Premium Liqueur. Pour
into tasting cups and place in fridge to set.

& jelly flavours.) There are lots of interesting
ways to enjoy these!
Choca-Cherry-Berry
Place a Prenzel
Tipsy Cherry in a shot glass and top with
1/3 Prenzel
Crème de Cassis Premium Liqueur and
1/3 Prenzel
Chocolate Cream. Swirl with a very small amount
of Prenzel
Butterscotch Cream, then shoot and chew!

30ml Prenzel
Peach Schnapps, 30ml Prenzel

Chocolate Cream, Cream. Stir the three liqueurs
in a tumbler with ice and top with cream.
Chunky Monkey
30ml Prenzel
Peach Schnapps, 30ml Prenzel
Cappuccino Cream, Banana milk. Combine in
a cocktail shaker with ice then strain into a
martini glass. Garnish with banana lollies or
fresh banana slices and grated Chocolate.

30ml Prenzel
Melon Schnapps, 30ml Prenzel
Citron Ice Premium Liqueur, Top with lemonade.
Citrus Berry Fizz
1 shot Prenzel
Crème de Cassis Premium Liqueur, 1
shot Prenzel
Citron Ice Premium Liqueur into a tall glass.
Top with soda water.
Citrus Sling
Ice, 30ml Prenzel
Blenheim Bay Gin, 30ml Prenzel
Citron Ice Premium Liqueur, 15ml orange juice,
5ml lemon juice, 1 tsp. caster sugar, Soda water
to top up.
Classic Kiwi Punch
5 kiwifruit, 100ml Prenzel
Melon Schnapps, 100ml Prenzel
Peach Schnapps, 250ml Prenzel
Blenheim Bay Gin, 1.5 litres lemonade, melon
balls to garnish. Puree kiwifruit then add other
ingredients. Makes 2 litres.
Crimea Cooler
45ml Prenzel
Southern Star Vodka, 15ml Prenzel
Crème de Cassis Premium Liqueur, 90ml
Grapefruit juice, Ginger ale. Combine ingredients
in a cocktail shaker with ice (except ginger ale)
then serve in a tumbler and top with the ginger
ale.
Devil's Nip
A shot of Prenzel
Peach Schnapps with a squirt of lemon juice.
Diki Diki Cocktail
2 shots Prenzel
Blenheim Bay Gin, 1 shot Prenzel
Sour Apple Schnapps, 1/4 shot grapefruit juice.
Shake with crushed ice.
Dracula's Kiss
1 part Prenzel
Southern Star Vodka, 1/2 part Prenzel
Crème de Cassis Premium Liqueur, cola,
ice and cherries. Put Cassis in glass and coat
bottom of glass. Add ice and Vodka and top up
with cola. Add cherries to garnish.
