Prenzel Blenheim Bay Gin is a World Class

it is also a wonderful ingredient for cocktails,

Apple G & T
Pour into tall glass: 30ml Prenzel
Blenheim Bay Gin, and 30ml Prenzel
Sour Apple Schnapps. Top up with lots of crushed
ice and tonic.
Citron Gin
In a very tall glass, mix a shot of Prenzel
Blenheim Bay Gin and a shot of Prenzel
Citron Ice Liqueur. Top up with crushed ice
and tonic.
Lime Gin
In a very tall glass, mix a shot of Prenzel
Blenheim Bay Gin and a shot of Prenzel
Citron Vert Liqueur. Top up with crushed ice
and tonic.
Gin Fizz
Mix 45ml Prenzel
Blenheim Bay Gin with 15ml Prenzel
Citron Ice Liqueur in a tall glass, pour over
ice and top up with champagne.
Golden Dawn
Mix 60ml Prenzel
Blenheim Bay Gin with 30ml Orange Juice and
30ml Prenzel
Peach Schnapps in a cocktail shaker. Shake
with ice and serve in a tall glass.
Golden Fizz
Mix juice of ½ lemon and ½ lime
(1 whole lemon will do if no lime) with 1 egg
yolk, 60ml Prenzel
Blenheim Bay Gin (or the amount your state
of mind requires) with 1 Tbsp caster sugar in
a cocktail shaker. Shake well with ice. Fill two
thirds of glass and then top up with soda water.
Tom Collins
In a tall glass stir the juice of ½ a lemon
with ½ tsp. caster sugar (or to taste).
Add 60ml Prenzel
Blenheim Bay Gin and 3-4 ice cubes, then stir
again. Fill with soda water or still water. Garnish
with a lemon slice.
Dry Martini
Mix 60-90ml Prenzel
Blenheim Bay Gin with 1-2 drops Vermouth.
Shake well with 3-4 cubes of ice, pour into cocktail
glass and serve with a twist of lemon or olive.
Pink Gin
Swish a dash of bitters around a 125ml glass,
add 60ml Prenzel
Blenheim Bay Gin and dilute with 30ml water
or ice.
Midnight Espresso
Pour 1/2 Prenzel
Espresso Liqueur and 1/2 Prenzel
Blenheim Bay Gin in a cocktail shaker with
ice. Shake well and serve.
Paradise
Place a shot of Prenzel
Citron Ice Liqueur, Prenzel
Peach Schnapps and Prenzel
Blenheim Bay Gin in a cocktail shaker with
crushed ice. Shake well and pour.
Bermuda Rose
Put the following into a cocktail shaker with
ice: 2 parts Prenzel
Blenheim Bay Gin, 1 part Prenzel
Peach Schnapps, 1 part Prenzel Blackcurrant
Schnapps.
Citrus Sling
Ice, 30ml Prenzel
Blenheim Bay Gin, 30ml Prenzel
Citron Ice Premium Liqueur, 15ml orange juice,
5ml lemon juice, 1 tsp. caster sugar, Soda water
to top up.
Diki Diki Cocktail
2 shots Prenzel
Blenheim Bay Gin, 1 shot Prenzel
Sour Apple Schnapps, 1/4 shot grapefruit juice.
Shake with crushed ice.
