Toki Liqueur Recipes
Ti-toki
Liqueur is best sipped at room temperature
to seal an evening meal or dessert, but may be
chilled over ice, or as a delicious cocktail when
mixed with Lemon, Orange juice or Cola. Finish
a menu with Ti-toki Liqueur over ice-cream or
fresh fruit, use it as a marinade with fish or
meat, or perhaps as a specialty coffee.
TLC
30ml Ti-toki
liqueur, 30ml Prenzel
Chocolate Cream Liqueur, 60ml cream. Shake
or blend ingredients together with ice and strain
into a cocktail glass or Champagne saucer. Sprinkle
with chocolate chips and garnish with cherries.
Southern Stinger
30ml Ti-toki
liqueur, 30ml Bianco Vermouth, Cranberry Juice.
Over ice in an old fashioned glass, add Ti-toki
liqueur and Bianco Vermouth. Top with Cranberry
juice and add two slices of orange.
Add a swizzle and stir.
Ti-Toki Cream
30ml Ti-toki
liqueur, 30ml Prenzel
Espresso Premium Liqueur, 60ml cream. Shake
or blend with ice and strain into a cocktail glass
or Champagne saucer.
Kiwi Blush
30ml Ti-toki
liqueur, 30ml Prenzel
Southern Star Vodka, Apple juice, Dash of
raspberry syrup or Grenadine. Into a tall glass
add ice, Vodka and Ti-toki liqueur, top up with
apple juice and stir.
Add a dash of Raspberry syrup. Garnish with apple
slice and add straws.
Alpine Action
30ml Ti-toki
liqueur, 30ml Prenzel
Blenheim Bay Gin, 15ml Lime cordial. Pour
all ingredients over ice in a mixer and stir.
Strain into a cocktail glass. Alternatively this
drink may be built over ice in an old fashioned
glass and garnished with a lemon or lime twist.
Tropical Heat (also a great Punch base)
30ml Ti-toki
liqueur, 30ml Dark Rum, Pineapple juice, Ginger
Ale. Add ice to a tall glass, pour in Ti-toki
liqueur. Half fill glass with Pineapple juice
and top with ginger ale. Stir. Float the Dark
Rum on the top. Add a sprig of Mint and some pineapple
pieces if available and some straws.
Eketahuna Iced Tea
30ml Ti-toki
liqueur, 30ml Bianco Vermouth, Cranberry Juice,
L&P. Bond Lounge Bar in Taupo has this cocktail
on their list. "Eketahuna Iced Tea"
has a completely NZ Spin on the favourite. The
recipe is as follows: Press Lemon Wedges in Mixing
glass, add all ingredients and ice, shake dump
& top up with L&P
