Fajita
Burritos
Serves 8-10
INGREDIENTS
- Prenzel
Chilli Rice Bran Oil
- 1.25 kg sirloin or round steak, sliced thinly
- 1 onion thinly sliced
- 1 green pepper sliced
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp Prenzel
Chilli Salt
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 avocado sliced
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Dozen flour tortillas
METHOD
Heat oil in heavy pan or wok, add steak and stir
fry. Add onion and green pepper.
Add chilli powder, cumin, salt, lemon juice,
and moisten with water as necessary. Cook gently
as long as possible.
Spoon fajita mixture onto warm tortilla, top
with sour cream and avocado.
Add other condiments such as shredded lettuce,
diced tomatoes, grated cheese, black olives, salsa.
