Salmon
with Peach Schnapps & Lemon
A very special treat for barbecue season
INGREDIENTS
METHOD
Place salmon on tin foil, drizzle with Lemon
Olive Oil and Peach Schnapps.
Fill the cavity of the fish with fresh dill and
slices of lemon, wrap up into a parcel and place
on BBQ.
Cook on same heat as steak and turn halfway through
cooking.
Check that the flesh is cooked before turning.
It is better to undercook than overcook this
beautiful fish.
