Lemon Beans
INGREDIENTS
METHOD
Cut the proscuitto into 10cm slices. Grill until
crisp.
Cook the beans until tender.
Fry the garlic (without browning) in the Olive
Oil for 2 minutes.
Add the beans and cook for a further 3 minutes.
Remove from the heat and add the proscuitto,
lemon juice and pine nuts.
