Pasta Salad
This recipe is courtesy of a regular customer
Glenys Arkinstall, who caters at the Kerikeri
Golf Club.
This is such an easy recipe, you can have it hot
or cold. The amounts don't really matter, just
what you like.
INGREDIENTS
- 500g Pasta cooked
- 1 diced red onion
- 1 diced tomato
- chopped olives
- sundried tomatoes
- roasted capsicum
- 2 Tbsp pesto
- 2 Tbsp olive & red pepper relish
- 4 cloves garlic crushed
- Anything else you want to add
- 1/4 cup Prenzel
Original Vinaigrette
METHOD
You can add more of something if you like or
less of something else, but make sure you add
all of the above things.
Add all ingredients (except vinaigrette) together
and mix. Stir through Original Vinaigrette just
before serving.
