Salad
INGREDIENTS
- 500g Potatoes - cubed and boiled
- Handful of chopped mint
- Handful of chopped parsley
- 1 small red onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp lemon pepper
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Prenzel
Citrus Vinaigrette
- 1 cup natural yoghurt
- 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
METHOD
Mix all ingredients together (except for potatoes).
Fold mix through cooled cooked potatoes.
