INGREDIENTS

  • 500g Potatoes - cubed and boiled
  • Handful of chopped mint
  • Handful of chopped parsley
  • 1 small red onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp lemon pepper
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Prenzel Citrus Vinaigrette
  • 1 cup natural yoghurt
  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise

METHOD

Mix all ingredients together (except for potatoes). Fold mix through cooled cooked potatoes.
