INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds - toasted in oven for 15 mins
  • 1-2 tsp chilli paste or 1 Tbsp sweet chilli sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 Tbsp fresh parsley or coriander
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 Tbsp tomato paste
  • 1/4 cup tomato puree
  • 1/4 cup Prenzel Garlic Infused Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper

METHOD

Place all ingredients into a food processor and process until well combined.

Taste and season if necessary.
