Dip
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup pumpkin seeds - toasted in oven for
15 mins
- 1-2 tsp chilli paste or 1 Tbsp sweet chilli
sauce
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 Tbsp fresh parsley or coriander
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 Tbsp tomato paste
- 1/4 cup tomato puree
- 1/4 cup Prenzel
Garlic Infused Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper
METHOD
Place all ingredients into a food processor and
process until well combined.
Taste and season if necessary.
