Basil
& Garlic Pesto
Makes about 2 cups
INGREDIENTS
- 4 cups packed fresh basil leaves
- ¾ cup Prenzel
Garlic Olive Oil
- 5 Tbsp softened butter
- 4 Tbsp freshly grated Romano cheese
- ¾ cup freshly grated parmesan
- ½ cup chopped pine nuts
METHOD
Place basil leaves in food processors or blender
and process at medium speed.
Add ½ cup of the oil while scraping the
basil from the container sides and blend.
Transfer to mixing bowl and add remaining ingredients,
adjusting quantities as desired.
