Mulled
Wine Sauce
This spicy red wine flavoured sauce is fantastic
poured over pancakes, waffles, sponge pudding,
ice cream, plain cheesecake etc.
INGREDIENTS
METHOD
Dilute the Mulled Wine Concentrate with the water
and place in a small saucepan with sugar.
Very slowly bring to the boil over low heat,
stirring occasionally until the sugar is dissolved.
Allow the mixture to simmer until it reduces
and thickens slightly. Remove from heat and cool.
