Raspberry Vinaigrette

Made with our fabulous Castle Rock Winery Raspberry Vinegar...

INGREDIENTS

• 1 1/2 Tbsp Raspberry Vinegar
  
• 1/2 Tbsp malt vinegar
  
• 1/2 tsp honey
  
• 1 Tbsp Prenzel Garlic Olive Oil
  
• Ground black pepper
  

Mix all ingredients together in a screw top jar or bottle and shake well.

Drizzle over a leafy salad or warm asparagus for a exquisite taste sensation.
