Prenzel Fruit Brandy
|
These premium pure Fruit Brandies (eaux-de-vie) have
been distilled in the time-honoured European tradition, using a copper
pot method. Prenzel Fruit Brandies are created in New Zealand and
capture the exceptional flavours of local fruits harvested in their
prime. The exquisite aroma enjoyed in each litre of alcohol is the
product of 25 kilos of fruit. To fully appreciate the bouquet of this
brandy, serve at room temperature in a small chilled glass. All brandies
are bottled in stylish decanter presented in a box.

Strawberry Brandy - created using NZ Strawberries.
Apricot Brandy - created using NZ apricots.
Pear William - Only perfect New Zealand William Pears are
used in creating this Prenzel masterpiece. Double distilled in a copper
still in keeping with Artisanal methods Pear William Brandy is another
of the Prenzel range medal winners. Taking Gold in Austria 1994 with
Pear William, Prenzel Distilling were the first none European company
to win Gold in this competition. (pictured)
Grappa - Made from Marlborough grapes Prenzel Grappa takes a traditional
European drink to the next level.
Kirsch - Cherry Brandy made from Marlborough Cherries. Enjoy
this brandy in a glass or as an addition to many recipes. |

Prenzel Lemon Zest Limoncello

Carefully created by our master distillers - released in September
2009.
This light and zesty drink is smooth and tingly on the palette and
just the perfect aperitif served straight from the freezer, it's
fabulous in a G&T too.
Limoncello is a traditional Italian Lemon Liqueur. Originally from
Southern Italy, its popularity has spread worldwide and here in
New Zealand we are able to make it is just as good as the Italians
do.
