Orangecello
|
|
Yet another superb liqueur carefully created by our master distillers
- released at the end of December 2009.
Orangecello is light and zesty and yet, like its sister liqueur
Lemon Zest (Limoncello) it is a sweet liqueur
made from the peel of a mixture of bitter and sweet oranges. It
is smooth and tingly on the palette and a lovely aperitif served
straight from the freezer. It can be enjoyed in a Gin
& Tonic, vodka or in a very wide variety of
cocktails that make use of either Triple Sec or Cointreau as their
base-simply Google

Prenzel Black Sambuca
|
|
Created due to popular request, this Sambuca is sure to become
a best seller.
The key market features of a Sambuca are that cream
liqueurs should be able to float on it (delicious) and, certainly
for the Black Sambuca that it should be able to be flamed.
In keeping with the Prenzel standard no artificial colour has been
used to create its Black colour, instead Prenzels new Black
Sambuca is coloured with an extract of grape skins.

Prenzel White Sambuca
|
|
Created due to popular request...
White Sambuca (Sambuca is the Latin name for the elderflower bush)
is a traditional Italian aniseed-based liqueur, mostly drunk at
around 40% alc. and enjoyed as a digestif. Often it is drunk alongside
a cup of coffee with roast coffee beans floating in it. (There has
to be an odd number as even numbers are unlucky.)
The Italians refer to this coffee bean addition as Con al
mosca which translates into NZ English as with blowies.

Prenzel White Velvet (Macadamia Liqueur)
|
|
A very smooth liqueur - perfect for nut lovers.
Its appearance reflects the creamy kernels of Macadamia nuts, rather
than the translucent tea color of the other well-known hazelnut-derived
liqueur on the market.
Beneath the Macadamia and Hazelnut flavours is a subtle hint of
a natural Vanilla. Not only is White Velvet delicious to drink
but it will also make an outstanding contribution to many desserts
and cakes.
Try with our chocolate liqueurs - yummy!
