Security when Ordering
Our order form asks users to enter sensitive information,
(such as credit card details). That information
is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption
software in the industry - SSL (Secure Socket
Layers). While on a secure page such as our order
form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers
such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet
Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to unlocked,
or open, when you are just 'surfing'. Also the
page URL will start with ‘https’. These
two features will give you confidence that you
are shopping securely.
Security when Processing
Payment
All Credit Card transactions are processed immediately
with Westpac Bank. The payment page is hosted
by the bank and secured with 128 bit encryption.
The card details you enter are safe because it
is not stored or cached by the merchant - but
entered directly into the banking system. You
will receive an instant confirmation of transaction
approval or decline before being returned to this
merchant web site.
Privacy
Email addresses may from time to time be used
to notify customers of special offers and new
information regarding The Prenzel Shop. If you
do not wish to receive this information, click
here and fill in the 'Unsubscribe' for and
we will remove your name from our database.
Names and email addresses of customers will never
be shared with or used by anyone other than The
Prenzel Shop (Whitford & Botany) without the
express written permission of the customer.

Sale
Supply of Liquor to Minors
It is illegal for us to sell alcohol to you if
you are under the age of 18.
It is illegal for you to buy alcohol from us if
you are under the age of 18 and it is illegal
if you falsify your details in order to buy alcohol
if you are under the age of 18. New Zealand law
states that liquor will not be sold to people
under the age of 18 years. By completing an
order on our website you are automatically stating
that you are over 18. If you are not, we cannot
provide you with any gift products from our alcoholic
beverage range. We reserve the right to ask for
identification.
Cancellations
Once a package from ‘The Prenzel Shop’
has been dispatched from our premises we are unable
to recall it and cancellation is not permissible.
However, if the package has not left our premises
we will cancel the order less any costs we have
incurred. (I.e. credit card fees.)
Ordering Times
All orders must be made before 11am to meet the
same day delivery requirements. Any orders received
after this time will be dispatched the following
day. You can however, order a gift with a future
delivery date. Please include this information
when you process your order online.
Delivery Instructions, Conditions
and Rates
All gifts include a greeting card carrying your
personal message. Please remember to include your
personal message when you are completing the checkout
part of your puchase information.
The Prenzel Shop deliver
only nationwide (within New Zealand)
If no one is at home at the delivery address provided,
a card will be left in the letter box from the
courier company, informing them to phone and organise
a suitable time for delivery. Our trading hours
are 10am to 5pm. Delivery can only be arranged
Monday to Friday, therefore orders made after
11am on Friday will not leave our premises before
first pick up on Monday morning. Click

Refund & Return Policies
At The Prenzel Shop we pride ourselves on the
highest standard of service and products. If a
gift box or product reaches you (or gift recipient)
in an unsatisfactory condition and we are notified
within 48 hours we will replace the damaged goods.
Conditions of Purchase
Whilst products and descriptions are accurate
at time of publishing, we reserve the right to
replace items with those of similar or greater
value if for any reason they are unavailable at
the delivery time required. Colours are as close
as Internet colours allow.
Note
Props are used in some of our product photos online.
They are not included in the gift pack. These
may include decorative fruit and ribbons. All
glassware shown in our product photos are included
in the gift packs they are shown with although
designs may differ. For details on what is included
our gift packs please refer to the itemised list
in the product description.
